Group Training will offer you a variety of different workouts including agility fitness, cardio therapy, obstacle courses, runs, walks and hikes. This program is designed for all fitness levels, 75 % of our clients get a result of a 5 to 10 pound weight loss (if all four weeks are completed). On top of all these great benefits it is the most inexpensive Group Training program offered in the area.
Meet Your Trainers
Blanchard Johnson - Personal Trainer - Blanchard Johnson has been involved in health and fitness training for 17 years. Blanchard has obtained a multi-sport background since his youth. He was a collegiate athlete in football at the University of Nebraska, where he trained top level speed, agility, and power resistance training. Blanchard's more recent experience is in Mixed Martial Arts training with fight competition and intense training in cardio kickboxing, grappling, and functional sports training. He currently studies under the National Council for Certified Personal Trainers (NCCPT) with knowledge in program design, nutrition, anatomy, rehabilitation, special needs, and physiology. Blanchard is the newest addition to the OT Fitness family.
